Staying at Hotel Budweis was a striking blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. The elegantly decorated rooms, reminiscent of a historic era, were spacious and well-equipped. My corner room on the first floor offered a peaceful retreat with ample amenities like a safe and a desk. The hotel's location near the ancient center of Ceske Budejovice allowed for a leisurely stroll to the main square-shaped square of Přemysl Otakar II and the famous monastery in Zlatá Koruna.Although the breakfast was satisfactory, it lacked extensive options for those with dietary restrictions. The staff's attentiveness and readiness to cater to requests, including arranging the designated parking area, added to the overall pleasant experience. Noteworthy was the 24-hour room service, ensuring comforts akin to the service expected. In essence, Hotel Budweis provided a balanced fusion of medieval allure and contemporary conveniences.
